When it comes to your elopement day, I’ll be the first one to say: fuck their traditions. Everything you “thought” your adventure elopement could be, or should be, goes right out the window when you consider that you can do absolutely anything you want. This offbeat skate park elopement in Colorado is a great example to get some of those ideas out of that deep, dark, “we can’t” place, and start dreaming big.

When you search “Colorado Elopement Photographers”, you’ll get a ton of information on these huge adventure, miles-long hiking and backpacking adventures, but I want to remind you that your elopement day doesn’t have to include any of this. A lot of the badass couples that fly (or drive!) to Colorado to meet with me want none of that, so I want to make this crystal clear: this day can be anything you want. It doesn’t have to be “adventurous”, but it has to be authentically you. We don’t settle in this house.
