HEY, I'M STEPH: YOUR COACH + BIZ TEAMMATE

Look, you've got a ton of coaching and education options, and I'm so stoked you've made it here. But I'll be honest - out of all the courses and coaching programs I've done myself, I haven't found a single one that really offered long-term support, where the coach cared for me personally outside of getting me on their calendar to make a buck, or had actually started a business recently that could meet me where I was at the time (we get it, most of them have been established for 10+ years, but that can be intimidating as hell). So I created the support I was looking for... so that you don't have to feel like you're on an island screaming "WILSON!" to reach your goals.

My background is in business: 10+ years of managing multi-million dollar rental properties and all aspects of the brand as a multi-family property manager. I've been a Senior level manager overseeing and mentoring staff for over a decade, and that means I have the actual experience and skillset to work one-on-one with you, to help guide you in taking the skills you already have to transition them to your business: accounting, marketing, budgeting, social media, contracts, branding, and photography itself, to launch a business that matches your lifestyle. And that's going to make a difference, because this isn't "education", and I am not an educator, but I will support and guide you... as long as you're willing to work your ass off for this dream.

Anyone who has spent any time in this business realizes very quickly... it can be lonely af. You're an entrepreneur: you're built different, and you had the guts and grit to trailblaze a new path, a new life for yourself (and maybe your family), but that doesn't mean you have to do it alone. You have what it takes. Sometimes, it takes the push of someone who cares, to really help you cross the line from surviving to thriving, and I'd love to help get you there.

This is support, but it will take work. If you're ready to dig deep and make big changes and tough decisions in your business, I am here for the ride with you.

HOW DOES THIS WORK?
You'll start by completing the detailed questionnaire (and putting your heart into it so I can meet you on that level), so I can put together custom details for our first call together. During our call, we'll have the chance to hang out un-interrupted, in a low-key, NO JUDGEMENT zone, and we can talk about anything you'd like: social media, a website review, SEO, where to find additional resources beyond coaching and what I recommend, branding, marketing, accounting, client management, etc! After our call, you'll be sent off with our video recording (saved for three months and downloadable), action-item notes from our session together, and a follow-up date to complete those items. I'm also here for you along the way, with email support on any follow up questions, for up to three months!

Mentorship calls are designed for everyone, with YOU in mind the entire way. Whether you just picked up a camera and need advice on how to get started (or what mistakes you could avoid, before you make them!), or you're running a successful business and need additional support in niche areas.

Anything!!! I will support you in all areas that I am able to, and plan to cover social media, a review of your website, SEO, where to find additional resources beyond coaching and what I recommend, branding, marketing, accounting and bookkeeping, CRM options and client management, client experience, and the booking process!

All mentorships have a monthly payment plan option, except for the one-time call.

I reserve all of my weekends Friday-Sunday for photography clients, based on the nature of the wedding season. Note that all of your sessions, whether video call or in person, will be scheduled Monday-Thursday on a date/time we coordinate together.

✶ PACKAGE 1: ONE-TIME CALL $400 ✶
A one-time, two-hour call via Zoom where I'm available for all your questions, and we'll take a deep dive into your business, together.

✶ PACKAGE 2: 1 CALL PER MONTH, FOR 4 MONTHS $1,200 ✶
A monthly two-hour call, for a full four month consecutive period. This is perfect for the photographer that wants to be held accountable on a long-term basis. After our first call, we'll spend video-time together each month going through your action items, tackling any difficulties you've been having together by creating solutions, and creating future goals for your business. Add two additional months can be added at $500. Monthly payment plan available.

✶ PACKAGE 3: IN-PERSON MENTORSHIP $2,000 ✶
We'll start with a one-hour video call to dive deep into where you are at in your business, and identify action items for future goals. Then, we'll schedule a one-hour in-person shooting session with a real couple, where you will shoot alongside me with the ability to ask questions, direct in person, and create content material. We'll end the day with a one-hour follow up session, where we can dive into questions in person. This is best for the photographer who needs hands-on help with editing, workflow, managing their CRM, and for the general visual learner who works best in person! We'll schedule a follow-up call before you leave, and within 30-45 days, we'll have a final video-call where we'll check in on the action items you were given.
